For Landid and similar services, users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, and availability of submitted listings, media, pricing, claims, and contact details.

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of a service where required for security, maintenance, business, legal, or operational reasons.

Liability

Services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, LumenPixel is not liable for indirect loss, business interruption, third-party content, user-submitted inaccuracies, or decisions made based on platform information.
